Newschecker-Bangladesh has found this claim to be false.

Fact check/ Verification:

After applying an Invid video key-frame search, we successfully traced the origin of the video on the Youtube channel of  VICE News, The Mob Reporter, and ABC7. According to the video descriptions, on June 18, 2019, the U.S. Coast Guard conducted a raid on a submarine traveling rapidly eastward in the Pacific Ocean. The submarine was discovered to be carrying a substantial cargo of approximately 17,000 pounds of cocaine. The video footage depicts a member of the Coast Guard leaping onto the submarine and forcefully banging on the hatch while an individual inside the vessel attempted to emerge.

Additional reports can be found on reputable sources such as The Independent and BBC.uk.

Earlier, an underwater tourist vessel named Titan, operated by OceanGates Expeditions, disappeared in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. The purpose of the Titan submersible was to provide deep-sea tours, venturing to depths estimated at 3,800 meters, including a visit to the renowned wreckage of the Titanic. Departing from Newfoundland, Canada on June 16, the vessel reached the designated wreck site on June 18. Unfortunately, since that time, the submersible has been unaccounted for, carrying a total of five individuals: Stockton Rush, Shahzada Dawood, Suleman Dawood (his son), Hamish Harding, and Paul-Henri Nargeolet.

The latest update says that the coast guard has reported debris to be found around the wreck spot of Titanic that indicates a catastrophic implosion of the submersible. All the passengers were presumed to be dead.  see report here- NBC News.

Conclusion:

Therefore, the claim that says the lost submersible Titan has been found is false.
