Recently, a video is circulating on the social media platform Facebook, claiming that on February 25, at the International Court of Justice in Switzerland, 27 lobbyists participated in the 12th hearing of a case filed by Awami League President and former Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina.

To verify the authenticity of the claim, a reverse image search of key frames from the viral video led us to another video published on August 25, 2023, on the YouTube channel of the American media outlet 11Alive, titled “Donald Trump indicted: Former president’s motorcade arrives to Newark, NJ.“
The video depicts Donald Trump’s journey from New Jersey to the airport in 2023, as he travels to Atlanta, Georgia to surrender at the Fulton County Jail. He was indicted on RICO ( full form of RICO)charges related to alleged attempts to overturn the 2020 Georgia election results. The footage resembles a widely circulated video showing Trump’s motorcade en route to Georgia.

Media reports and the International Court of Justice’s official website contain no information about any case filed by Sheikh Hasina or the involvement of lobbyists in any International Court of Justice hearings in Switzerland.
Therefore, the claim made in the viral video about the 12th hearing of a case filed by Awami League President and Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina at the ICJ in Switzerland on February 25, with the participation of 27 lobbyists, is false.
