A video has recently circulated on the social media platform TikTok, claiming that Sheikh Hasina visited the Nizamuddin Auliya shrine in Delhi publicly. The video shows a news clip from Somoy TV. It was uploaded on TikTok on November 27. Watch the video here.
The video further claims that Sheikh Hasina will now conduct Awami League activities from Delhi.

To verify the authenticity of the recently viral video claiming Sheikh Hasina’s visit to the Nizamuddin Auliya shrine in Delhi, we initially conducted a reverse image search.
The investigation revealed that the video is not recent. On September 5, 2022, Somoy TV’s official YouTube channel published a video titled ‘Sheikh Hasina visits Nizamuddin Auliya Shrine in Delhi’. Watch it here.

Following the student-led protests, Sheikh Hasina departed Bangladesh and sought refuge in India on August 5, 2024. While various audio calls have circulated on social media since then, she has not been seen in public. Consequently, the viral video in question is not a recent recording, but rather three years old.
