A video, claiming to be the final resting place of Prophet Hazrat Adam, first man and the first prophet as believed in islam, has gone viral on TikTok. The same video was published by another TikTok user claiming the grave of Prophet Mohammad (PBUH). A fact check by Newschecker has found both claims to be false, and that the video actually shows the grave of Prophet Imran.
Fact Check / Verification
On a reverse search of the key-frames from the video, Newschecker found a tweet published on June 26, 2015, which mentioned: “Salalah-Tomb of Nabi Imran” with a picture of the same grave.
The location of the tomb was later confirmed on Google Maps and a thread published on the travel-based website Trip Advisor confirms the same.
The tomb of Hazrat Imran located in Salalah, Oman is a prominent pilgrimage location for Muslims across the globe. A video of the tomb of Prophet Imran, aired on the YouTube channel of state-owned “Oman TV” on August 12, 2016.

Images of the graves of Hazrat Imran (AS) are being shared claiming to be the grave of Hazrat Adam (AS) and Hazrat Mohammad (SAW).
